If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. To start a return, your mat must be unused and in its original condition. Our team will provide the correct return address and next steps.

Eligible for a Return
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Mat is completely unused and in its original condition.
- No signs of practice, wear, washing, or damage.
- Original packaging and all included accessories are returned with the mat.
Important to Know
- Used yoga mats are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- Do not send a package to the sender address on your original shipping label.
- Contact our team before mailing your return.
*Returns for any reason apply to unused items meeting the eligibility conditions above. Separate protections apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Get the Correct Return Address
Our team will provide your return instructions and the designated address. Please do not ship anything before contacting us.

Send Your Unused Item
Pack the mat carefully with its original packaging and accessories, then ship it to the address we provided. We recommend tracked shipping.

Receive Your Refund
After your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your approved refund to the original payment method and confirm by email.
Important: Return Address
Our return address is not the same as the sender address on your package. Always email support@miyrayoga.com before returning an order. Returns sent to an incorrect address may be delayed or may not be processed.

If you're returning an eligible unused item because of preference, design, or a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
Email us with your order number, details, and clear photos if applicable. For verified issues caused by us, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover the necessary return shipping if a return is required.
The unused-condition rule applies to change-of-mind returns, not to valid claims about defective or incorrect products. Nothing here limits rights available under applicable law.
Shipping to the
United States.
Free shipping on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Most orders arrive in approximately 4–8 business days total, including preparation and transit.
Usually within 24 hours. Allow up to 48 hours during busy periods, holidays, or promotions.
Typically 3–6 business days in transit after shipment. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or other unexpected delays.
Delayed or missing order?
If your package is taking longer than expected, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, email support@miyrayoga.com with your order number. We'll help investigate with the carrier and review the next steps.
Shipping delay before dispatch: If we cannot ship within the stated preparation window, we'll contact you with an updated estimate and available options, including canceling the unshipped order for a refund.
Refunds, made simple.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. After issuance, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please email support@miyrayoga.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before shipment. If your order has already shipped, you can request an eligible return after delivery under this 30-day policy.
