Thank you for choosing MIYRA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
What We Accept
Damaged or Defective Items
If your yoga mat arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, let us know within 7 days of delivery. To help us assist you quickly, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos showing the damage or defect
Once approved, we’ll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is incomplete or contains the wrong product, notify us within 7 days. We will correct the issue promptly — either by sending the correct item or offering a refund.
What We Don’t Accept
Because our yoga mats are made to order and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Change of mind
Ordered the wrong size, color, or design
Personal preference (e.g., texture or thickness)
Please double-check your selections before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once your mat is in production, we cannot cancel or refund the order unless it meets the criteria above.
How to Request a Return
If your order qualifies for return:
Email us at support@miyrayoga.com with your order number and photos.
Wait for an approval email. After approval, we will send return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns cannot be refunded.
Refunds & Processing Times
Refunds are issued only on approved returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on us.
